The internal staff at Pro-Hire is very unique. We offer a combined 50 years of experience in business development and recruitment and have been together as a group for more than 15 years. We are active members of the American Staffing Association (ASA), and all of our internal Account Managers and Recruiters are trained and accredited as Certified Staffing Professionals (CSPs).
To obtain our CSP certifications, the entire staff has undergone a comprehensive training program and educational review of the complex employment laws and regulations that affect the staffing industry and our client companies in California. Pro-Hire is also an active member of our local Employer Advisory Committee (EAC) and of the Ventura County Chapter of the National Human Resources Assocation (NHRA).
